What do realtors do on snowdays…
A snowstorm in Spring! I guess I shouldn't be surprise, mother-nature loves her curve-balls. In this case, these curve-balls were made from sleet, snow and ice.
Being a Realtor has a lot of pros and cons, but since i'm a positive person, lets talk about some of the pros and why a snow-storm curve-ball doesn't damper my day much.
Most Realtors work from home. Yes, we all have corporate offices we can work out of, but the majority of us enjoy working out of the comforts of our own home. We are realtors after-all -- we enjoy houses (bad punch-line).
I personally am lucky enough to have a home office that is aesthetically pleasing. Working out of my home office gives me the luxury of spending my time wisely and I can focus more of my attention on my clients and their needs. But on a snow-day like today, most clients don't want to be bothered and would much rather spend their time making hot-cocoa (judgement-free hot-cocoa in the Spring), or making snow-men. So the time I usually spend interacting with clients has now been allocated to much needed dog-snuggling time.
I hope everyone trapped in this weather chooses to embrace and look on the bright side because the bright side has hot-cocoa!
All my love- Suebina (and Buddy)
