Hello Everyone!
This has been an incredible summer! VA interest rates are EXCEPTIONALLY low. Thus, allowing me to help my clients get the most house for their money!
Furthermore, I am so lucky to be able to get the BEST clients. I always hear horror stories from other realtors about their nightmare clients, but I can honestly say, that I am SO BLESSED. All of my clients give me a warm and fuzzy feeling when they find their dream home! It genuinely makes my heart happy!
However, I also learned that people treat you how you treat them. I go the extra mile for my clients. I install new locks for them, or new thermostats because I enjoy (some) manual labor. I don’t mind doing these things. As a matter a fact, I enjoy it. It helps that my clients are really appreciative!
I’m SO lucky!
